Do you support Israel in any way?
Yes. A portion of every purchase goes directly to support trusted organizations in Israel, especially those aiding civilians and communities affected by the current crisis and ongoing conflict. Your order makes a real impact.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

What if I received a defective or incorrect product?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at info.unityofzion@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Name and email used at checkout
- A photo of the issue (showing the defect or incorrect item)
- A brief description of the problem
We will work promptly to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

Can I still add my discount code after I’ve already made my purchase?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed and confirmed, we cannot modify the price. Please double-check your information and promo codes before completing your purchase. Only one discount code can be used per order, including free shipping codes.
When will my order ship?
- Orders are processed and shipped within 8–10 business days.
- International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
To track your order, you can download the Shop app for real-time updates or simply copy your order code and visit UPS to find tracking information.
Why is my order stuck in “Pre-Shipment”?
A tracking number is generated once your shipping label is printed, which starts the shipping process. It may take a few days for USPS to scan and update the tracking. If your order exceeds the estimated shipping time, please feel free to reach out.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Once your package leaves our facility, USPS is responsible for final delivery. If your order is marked as “Delivered” but has not arrived, please:
- Check your mailbox, front porch, or with neighbors
- Contact your local post office for assistance
We understand it is frustrating, and while we cannot control USPS, we will do what we can to assist you.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible with your updated address.
If it has already shipped, we are unable to make changes. If the package is returned to us as “undeliverable,” we can reship it; however, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.

Do you offer custom designs or personalized items?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs or personalized items beyond our standard offerings. However, we are continually exploring new options, so please stay tuned for future updates.
